Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- able to walk bend down repeatedly and stand for 8-10 hours per day
- able to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs overhead repeatedly
- able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of work experience
- 1 or more years of retail experience preferred
- familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- passion for customer service and a team player mindset
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently including identification verification and payment handling
- answer customer inquiries
- promote loyalty program
- bag products responsibly
- deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and engaging to build relationships
- inform customers about products and services
- participate in wine spirits and beer product training
- maintain knowledge of advertisements promotions and loyalty programs
- ensure safety and cleanliness standards across the store
- adhere to laws and regulations related to alcohol sales
- complete cross-functional responsibilities and other assigned duties
