Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- legal authorization to work in the united states
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- reliability and punctuality
- willingness to comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- capability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods
- ability to work full-time hours
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in retail or customer service roles advantageous
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including opening and morning hours
- capability to stand for long periods during shifts
Job Duties
- greet and thank customers with a friendly attitude
- process returns and refunds accurately and efficiently
- carry out financial transactions including cash handling and card payments
- assist customers with questions and provide information on products and services
- stand for extended periods while maintaining excellent customer service
- ensure compliance with Walmart’s policies and procedures
- maintain a clean and organized checkout area
