Job Requirements

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Willing to obtain required certifications
  • Prior leadership experience
  • History of delivering seamless customer experiences
  • Ability to use time and resources efficiently
  • Act with integrity, pride, and passion daily
  • For bakery department: one year or more of baking experience
  • For meat department: previous meat department experience and ability to use meat processing tools

  • Experience leading others
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Ability to adapt and learn new skills
  • For bakery department: minimum one year of baking experience
  • For meat department: knowledge of meat cuts and experience with meat processing tools such as grinders and saws
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
