Job Duties
- greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- take accurate dine-in and to-go orders
- answer phone calls and process takeout orders
- operate POS system (Square) and handle payments correctly
- prepare and package to-go orders carefully and accurately
- prepare beverages (coffee, lattes, frappes, iced drinks, etc.) following recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness of front counter, drink station, and dining area
- bus tables and reset them quickly and neatly
- restock cups, lids, napkins, condiments, and supplies
- maintain organization and cleanliness throughout shift
- assist kitchen when needed to ensure smooth service
- follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
