Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management
- ability to stand and/or walk up to 9 hours per day
- effective communication skills using speech, vision, and hearing
- regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations
- capability for regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching
- ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management
- proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- experience with CRM systems and project management tools
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to explain technical and complex concepts clearly
- demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs

Job Duties
- Deliver friendly, efficient front-end customer service and ensure a smooth checkout experience
- consistently achieve high levels of point-of-sale transactions on a daily basis
- assist customers with accurate register transactions, including cash handling and membership verification, as well as loading purchases into customer vehicles
- process customer returns and ensure items are restocked appropriately
- expedite customer flow through checkout lanes to minimize wait times
- serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls, providing prompt assistance or directing inquiries
- guide customers within the store and answer questions about policies, memberships, pricing, and general inquiries
- maintain cleanliness and organization of checkout lanes, registers, carts, and the front area of the location
- refill and merchandise impulse products at the front end to support sales
- perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goal
