Job Duties
- Greeting clients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, processing payments, maintaining client records, providing information about spa services and products, ensuring positive customer experience
- Ensuring consistency of service and safety protocols and guest satisfaction at all times
- Acting as a resource to the spa team and guests to ensure the spa facility is well-stocked and tidy
- Provide continuous communication throughout each day with the spa team
- Manage water bar and locker room guest supply inventory and communicate needs to Spa Director
- Report maintenance related issues immediately to Spa Director
- Provide detailed personal care with each spa guest for a 5-star experience
- Set up spa treatments according to protocol in advance
- Show a great eye for detail and use effective problem solving skills while monitoring spa facility and guest experiences
- Communicate with guests positively and constructively
- Follow procedures for opening and closing spa facility
- Support safe work habits and safe working environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
