Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- proven customer service experience
- proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and Sunrise software
- ability to handle multiple priorities
- good organizational skills
- effective written and verbal communication skills
- willingness to comply with safety procedures and training
- availability to assist with community administrative duties
- understanding of and respect for senior living residents and community culture

Job Duties
- Oversee community entry area for visitors, guests, and residents
- greet potential residents, families, and visitors
- manage incoming telephone calls promptly with appropriate greetings
- take and communicate accurate messages
- provide community overview and direct callers appropriately
- manage appointments for residents and families
- maintain front desk and Bistro cleanliness and organization
- monitor Bistro refreshments and music
- assist with recruitment process and data entry
- support Director of Sales with marketing and sales-related administrative tasks
- ensure compliance with safety protocols and support risk management initiatives
- maintain records including resident and team member rosters, meal ticket management, and mail distribution
- participate in team meetings and training
- contribute positively to team engagement and community culture
