Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • ability to sit, walk, kneel, and reach with hands and arms
  • ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
  • comfort interacting with people and making them feel welcome
  • readiness to work in a loud studio environment
  • punctuality and compliance with dress code
  • willingness to work weekends including at least 2 weekend days per month

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
  • 1-2 years MindBody software experience preferred
  • competitive drive to succeed in commission sales and performance-based culture
  • excellent customer service skills
  • knowledge of sales practices and techniques
  • independent self-starter with strong organizational skills
  • basic computer skills
  • strong communication skills in oral and written forms
  • organized and detail-oriented
  • friendly, warm, compassionate, and welcoming personality
  • comfortable interacting with new people
  • availability to work at least 2 weekend days per month

Job Duties

  • Deliver the BODYROK Service Promise
  • contribute to running a clean, friendly, and well-maintained studio
  • execute team member basics including punctuality and dress code compliance
  • assist members and guests in person and via email
  • maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, changing rooms, towels, laundry, and trash
  • initiate tasks and perform duties independently
  • monitor and respond to incoming emails
  • ensure all member and guest check-in procedures are followed
  • create new business through member promotions, referrals, and inquiries
  • promote special offers to current and potential members
  • reach out to members via email for sales opportunities
  • reconcile and report financial transactions
  • attain personal sales revenue targets
  • tour potential members through the studio
  • handle member service issues including billing and account changes
  • update supply and maintenance logs
  • promote and sell merchandise
  • maintain clutter-free and orderly front desk and entryway
  • perform general cleaning duties including hourly bathroom and studio checks
  • follow up with members post-enrollment
  • provide the highest level of customer service possible when communicating and interacting with guests
