Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for long periods
Must be able to lift 25 pounds
Ability to maintain a positive and upbeat attitude
Willingness to learn and follow company protocols
Basic math skills for handling payments
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Job Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Basic knowledge of POS systems or ability to learn quickly
Customer service experience preferred
Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
Knowledge of the rules and history of Fowling is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Greet all guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude in a high-volume environment
Follow all guest check-in protocols accurately
Know and explain the rules and history of Fowling to guests
Ring in guest lane charges into the POS system
Secure payment from guests and process transactions through POS
Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
Stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Adhere to all Fowling Warehouse DFW policies and procedures
