Job Requirements

  • must be at least 16 years of age
  • able to work days, nights, and weekends as required
  • able to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distractions

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
  • acts as ambassador to the building, greeting guests and coordinating game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephones
  • keeps immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters and takes corrective action or suggests alternatives
  • bids farewell to guests leaving and ensures satisfaction
  • prepares for shift by stocking supplies like menus, silverware, power cards, gift cards
  • reviews cleanliness and organization of front desk and host station
  • conducts merchandise inventory during and after shift if applicable
  • maintains favorable working relationships with team members
  • notifies manager of any unhappy guests
  • assists other team members as needed
  • manages table turn timing by scouting and cleaning tables
  • rotates seating following guidelines for fairness
  • manages guest flow from front doors and directs guests as needed
  • manages wait times and communicates information to guests, team members, and managers
  • delivers silverware as guests are seated
  • makes timely and accurate bill transaction calculations
  • processes transactions with efficiency and friendliness
  • reconciles monies from their banks
  • completes accurate to-go order transactions
  • sells merchandise at front desk if applicable
