- must be at least 16 years of age
- able to work days, nights and weekends as required
- able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- able to lift and carry 30 pounds
- able to stand and walk 100% of the shift
- able to reach, bend and stoop frequently

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- greet guests positively and coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales and telephones
- keep supervisors informed of problems and take corrective action
- bid farewell to guests and ensure satisfaction
- prepare the front desk area for shifts by stocking supplies
- maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and host stations
- manage guest flow and wait times effectively
