Job Requirements
- at least 16 years of age
- able to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- able to work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distractions
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to move and stand for long periods
- able to walk or stand 100 percent of the shift
- able to reach, bend, and stoop frequently
- able to communicate greetings, requests, and farewells clearly in English
- able to follow dress guidelines maintaining a neat, clean, and professional appearance
Job Qualifications

- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- experience in restaurant, retail, or cashier positions preferred but not required
- ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environments
- skilled at managing multiple guests simultaneously
- ability to maintain professionalism and appearance

- strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and guest satisfaction
- age 16 or older
- ability to remain calm and polite when dealing with dissatisfied guests
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through excellent food, drinks and games
- act as an ambassador greeting guests with a positive attitude and assisting with game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephone calls
- keep immediate supervisor informed of any problems or unusual matters and take corrective action as needed
- bid farewell to guests ensuring their experience was satisfactory and invite them to return
- prepare for each shift by stocking area with necessary supplies such as menus, silverware, and gift cards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and host station
- conduct merchandise inventory during and after shifts
- foster positive working relationships with team members to promote productivity and morale
- notify manager of any unhappy guest and assist other team members as needed
- drive table turn timing by scouting and cleaning tables
- manage seating rotation following fairness guidelines
- manage guest flow from entrances and communicate wait times as needed
- deliver silverware to guests when seated
- accurately calculate bill transactions and process payments
- reconcile cash from registers and complete take-out order transactions
- sell merchandise when applicable
- maintain friendly demeanor and frequent smiling
- communicate effectively with multiple guests while generating enthusiasm
- dress neatly and professionally
- read and communicate clearly in English
- respond calmly to dissatisfied guests and escalate issues to management
- comply with all dress and conduct guidelines
