Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods
- Ability to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- Ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Previous restaurant, retail, or cashier experience preferred
- Ability to articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests
- Skilled at calmly responding to dissatisfied guests and escalating issues appropriately
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- Act as ambassador greeting guests positively and coordinating game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephone operations
- Keep supervisors informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective actions
- Bid farewell to guests, ensuring satisfaction and inviting them to return
- Prepare shift by stocking supplies such as menus and gift cards
- Review cleanliness and organization of front desk and host station
- Conduct merchandise inventory during and after shifts if applicable
