Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- able to work days, nights and weekends as required
- able to work in noisy, fast paced environment
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to stand or walk 100 percent of shift
- able to reach, bend and stoop frequently
- dressed neatly and professionally according to guidelines
- must demonstrate clear articulation for greetings and farewells
Job Qualifications
- strong communication skills
- ability to read and communicate in English
- friendly and able to smile frequently
- ability to calmly respond to dissatisfied guests
- able to multitask and handle fast paced environment
- experience in restaurant, retail or cashier roles preferred but not required
- knowledge of point of sale systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- act as ambassador by greeting guests with positivity and enthusiasm
- coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales and telephone operations
- maintain and restock supplies including menus and gift cards
- ensure cleanliness and organization of front desk and host station
- manage guest flow and wait times while communicating effectively
- handle transactions including bill calculations and merchandise sales
