Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Work days, nights, and or weekends as required
  • Work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distractions
  • Read and write handwritten notes
  • Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
  • Walk or stand 100% of shift
  • Reach, bend, and stoop frequently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or cashier roles preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask and engage guests positively
  • Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
  • Friendly demeanor with the ability to smile frequently
  • Ability to manage multiple guests efficiently and generate enthusiasm
  • Skill in handling guest concerns calmly and professionally
  • Able to follow dress code guidelines and maintain a neat and professional appearance

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
  • Greet guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while coordinating game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephone handling
  • Keep supervisors informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives
  • Farewell guests to ensure satisfaction and invite them to return
  • Prepare shift by stocking supplies including menus, silverware, power cards, and gift cards
  • Review cleanliness and organization of front desk and host station
  • Manage wait times and guest flow by scouting open tables and assisting with seating
  • Make timely and accurate bill transactions and reconcile monetary banks
  • Assist other team members as needed and maintain a cooperative working climate
  • Address guest dissatisfaction calmly and notify managers when necessary
