Job Requirements
- Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions

- Reach, bend, and stoop frequently
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Able to read and communicate effectively in English
- Friendly and able to smile frequently
- Skilled at calmly responding to dissatisfied guests and escalating issues to management
- Able to articulate clear greetings, requests for assistance, and farewells
- Previous restaurant, retail, or cashier experience preferred but not required
- Adherence to dress guidelines with neat and professional appearance
- Able to multitask and communicate enthusiasm for the Dave & Buster's brand
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a celebratory environment
- Act as an ambassador greeting guests with positivity and enthusiasm while coordinating game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephone calls
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of any problems or significant matters and take prompt corrective action or suggest alternatives
- Bid farewell to guests ensuring satisfaction and inviting them to return
- Prepare for shifts by stocking supplies including menus, silverware, power cards, and gift cards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and host station
- Manage seating rotations, table bussing, and wait times efficiently
- Greet and assist guests while processing transactions accurately
- Reconcile monies from banks and complete take-out orders with accuracy
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to foster a welcoming and efficient environment
