Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand or walk 100% of shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required
- Must be able to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently
- Ability to communicate clearly and calmly with guests
- Ability to respond to dissatisfied guests and escalate issues appropriately
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or cashier roles preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for accurate bill calculations
Job Duties
- Delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- Acts as ambassador greeting guests positively and coordinating game rentals, sales, and telephones
- Keeps supervisors informed of problems and takes corrective action
- Bids farewell to guests ensuring satisfaction and invitation to return
- Prepares shift by stocking supplies like menus, silverware, gift cards
- Reviews cleanliness and organization of front desk and host station
- Manages flow of guests, wait times, seating, and processes transactions with a smile
