Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required
- Ability to work in a noisy, fast paced environment
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
- Ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Previous restaurant, retail or cashier experience preferred but not required
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to remain calm and professional in dealing with dissatisfied guests
- Adherence to dress code and professional appearance standards
Job Duties
- Delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- Acts as ambassador greeting guests with positivity while coordinating game rentals and merchandise sales
- Keeps supervisor informed of problems and takes corrective action or suggests alternatives
- Bids farewell to guests ensuring satisfaction
- Prepares for shifts by stocking supplies such as menus, silverware, power cards and gift cards
- Reviews cleanliness and organization of front desk and host station
- Manages guest flow, wait times and seating arrangements to ensure fairness and efficiency
- Greets and assists guests while processing transactions accurately
- Resolves guest issues calmly and notifies manager as needed
