Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required
  • Ability to work in a noisy, fast paced environment
  • Ability to read and write handwritten notes
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
  • Ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Previous restaurant, retail or cashier experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in dealing with dissatisfied guests
  • Adherence to dress code and professional appearance standards

Job Duties

  • Delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
  • Acts as ambassador greeting guests with positivity while coordinating game rentals and merchandise sales
  • Keeps supervisor informed of problems and takes corrective action or suggests alternatives
  • Bids farewell to guests ensuring satisfaction
  • Prepares for shifts by stocking supplies such as menus, silverware, power cards and gift cards
  • Reviews cleanliness and organization of front desk and host station
  • Manages guest flow, wait times and seating arrangements to ensure fairness and efficiency
  • Greets and assists guests while processing transactions accurately
  • Resolves guest issues calmly and notifies manager as needed
