Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights and weekends as required
- Ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distractions
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk 100 percent of shift
- Frequent reaching, bending and stooping
- Must dress neatly and professionally according to company guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Restaurant, retail, or cashier experience preferred but not required
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to smile and maintain positive interactions frequently
- Basic math skills for billing and transactions
- Ability to remain calm and professional with dissatisfied guests
- Ability to follow dress guidelines and maintain neat appearance
- Ability to read, write and articulate clearly in English
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- Acts as ambassador, greeting guests with positivity and coordinating game rentals, merchandise sales and telephones
- Keeps supervisor informed of problems and takes or suggests corrective action
- Bids farewell to guests ensuring satisfaction and encourages return
- Prepares for shift by stocking supplies including menus, silverware, power cards and gift cards
- Reviews cleanliness and organization of front desk and host station
- Manages guest flow from front doors and communicates wait times
- Calculates bills accurately and processes transactions efficiently
- Reconciles cash from bank and completes to-go order transactions
- Assists other team members and promotes positive working relationships
