Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Able to work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distractions
- Capable of reading and writing handwritten notes
- Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to stand and move around facility for long periods
- Ability to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- Frequent reaching, bending, and stooping
- Must demonstrate ability to read and communicate in English

Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- Act as ambassador to the building, greeting guests positively and coordinating game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephone duties
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of issues and take corrective action or suggest alternatives
- Bid farewell to guests leaving and invite them to return
- Prepare the shift by stocking supplies including menus, silverware, and cards
- Review cleanliness and organization of front desk and host station
- Ensure menus are stocked, cleaned, and maintained
- Stock necessary supplies
- Bring all areas up to standard
- Discuss problem areas with manager
- Conduct merchandise inventory during and after shift if applicable
- Maintain favorable working relationships with team members to promote a cooperative environment
- Notify manager of unhappy guests
- Assist team members as needed
- Drive table turn timing by scouting, bussing, and cleaning tables
- Rotate seating following guidelines to ensure fairness
- Manage flow from the front doors, assisting and directing guests
- Manage wait times and communicate with guests, team members, and managers
- Deliver silverware as guests are seated
- Make timely and accurate bill transaction calculations
- Greet and assist guests efficiently with a smile during transactions
- Reconcile any monies from banks
- Complete To Go order transactions accurately
- Sell merchandise if applicable
- Smile frequently
- Communicate effectively with multiple guests
- Dress neat, clean, and professional
- Read and communicate in English clearly
- Articulate greetings, requests for assistance, and farewells
- Respond calmly to dissatisfied guests and notify manager
