Job Requirements

  • must be at least 16 years of age
  • ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required
  • ability to work in a noisy and fast-paced environment
  • capability to read and write handwritten notes
  • able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • stand and move about the facility for long periods
  • able to walk or stand for 100% of the shift

  • must comply with dress guidelines and personal hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
  • greet guests with a positive attitude and coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephone operations
  • inform supervisors promptly of any issues and take corrective action
  • bid farewell to guests ensuring satisfaction and encouraging return visits
  • prepare and stock front desk area with necessary supplies
  • review cleanliness and organization of front desk and host station
  • manage wait times and communicate status to guests and staff
  • process transactions accurately and assist guests efficiently
  • handle merchandise inventory and sales
  • assist team members and management as needed to maintain smooth operations
  • maintain a friendly demeanor and positive communication with guests
  • follow dress code guidelines and maintain professionalism
  • respond calmly to dissatisfied guests and escalate issues properly
  • manage seating and table turn timing to maximize dining flow
