Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- act as ambassador by greeting guests positively and enthusiastically
- coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephone operations
- inform supervisors promptly of issues and suggest corrective actions
- farewell guests ensuring satisfaction and encouraging return visits
- prepare for shifts by stocking supplies such as menus and gift cards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and host stations
