Job Requirements

  • must be at least 16 years of age

  • able to read and write handwritten notes

  • able to reach, bend, and stoop frequently

Job Duties

  • deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
  • greet guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm
  • coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephone operations
  • keep supervisors informed of significant issues and suggest solutions
  • bid farewell to guests ensuring satisfaction and inviting them to return
  • prepare the shift area by stocking menus, silverware, powercards, and gift cards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization at front desk and host station
  • manage seating to ensure fairness and balance
  • assist other team members as needed
  • manage wait times and communicate with guests, team members, and managers
  • calculate bill transactions accurately
  • reconcile money from banks
  • complete to-go orders accurately
  • sell merchandise from front desk if applicable
  • maintain a friendly and smiling demeanor
  • communicate effectively with multiple guests simultaneously
  • respond calmly to dissatisfied guests and escalate issues
  • adhere to dress code and maintain a neat appearance
