Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in an ideal environment
- Acts as ambassador to the building, greeting guests positively while coordinating game rentals, merchandise sales, and phones
- Keeps supervisor informed of problems and takes corrective action or suggests alternatives
- Bids farewell to guests leaving and invites them to return
- Prepares the shift by stocking supplies including menus, silverware, power cards, gift cards
- Reviews cleanliness and organization of front desk and host station
- Ensures menus are stocked and maintained
- Restocks necessary supplies
- Brings all areas up to standard
- Discusses problem areas with manager
- Conducts merchandise inventory during and after shift if needed
- Maintains favorable working relationships with team members
- Notifies manager of unhappy guests
- Assists other team members as needed
- Drives table turn timing by scouting open tables and bussing
- Rotates seating to ensure fairness
- Manages flow from front doors, assists guests efficiently
- Manages wait times and communicates with guests, team members and managers
- Delivers silverware as guests are seated
- Makes timely and accurate bill transactions
- Greets and assists guests while processing transactions
- Reconciling monies from their banks
- Completes to-go order transactions accurately
- Sells merchandise from front desk
- Smiles frequently and communicates effectively
- Dresses according to guidelines
- Reads and communicates in English
- Articulates clear greetings and farewells
- Calmly responds to dissatisfied guests and calls manager's attention
- Must be at least 16 years old
