Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distractions
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand or walk for 100% of the shift
  • Must frequently reach, bend, and stoop
  • Must demonstrate the ability to read and write handwritten notes
  • Ability to effectively communicate with multiple guests concurrently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or cashier roles preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and noisy environment
  • Friendly personality with strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging guest interactions

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
  • Greet guests warmly and act as an ambassador for the building
  • Coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephone operations
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and host station
  • Monitor and restock supplies such as menus, silverware, and gift cards
  • Conduct merchandise inventory during and after shifts
  • Manage seating arrangements and table turn timing to ensure efficient service
  • Communicate wait times and assist guests with their needs promptly
  • Process transactions including bill calculations and ‘To Go’ orders accurately
  • Assist team members and notify management of any guest dissatisfaction
  • Keep supervisor informed about any issues or unusual matters
  • Uphold dress code and professional appearance at all times
  • Respond calmly to dissatisfied guests and escalate issues appropriately
