Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Able to work days, nights, and weekends as required
  • Must communicate effectively in English
  • Able to read and write handwritten notes
  • Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Able to stand or walk for 100 percent of the shift
  • Able to frequently reach, bend, and stoop
  • Comfortable working in noisy and fast-paced environment
  • Must adhere to dress guidelines and maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in restaurant, retail, or cashier roles preferred but not required
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
  • Proficiency in English reading and communication
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling dissatisfied guests
  • Basic math skills for transaction processing
  • Team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • Delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
  • Acts as ambassador to the building by greeting guests positively and coordinating game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephones
  • Keeps supervisor informed of any issues and takes corrective actions or suggests alternatives
  • Bids farewell to guests ensuring satisfaction and inviting return visits
  • Prepares for shifts by stocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness and organization of front desk and host stations
  • Conducts merchandise inventory during and after shifts if applicable
  • Maintains favorable working relationships with team members to promote morale, productivity, and efficiency
  • Manages seating rotation and wait times while efficiently assisting guests and team members
  • Processes transactions accurately and reconciles money from banks
  • Handles guest orders and sells merchandise while maintaining professionalism and effective communication
