- able to work in noisy, fast paced environment
- able to read and write handwritten notes

Job Duties
- delivers an unparalleled guest experience through the combination of food, drinks, and games
- acts as ambassador to the building by greeting guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm
- coordinates game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephone communications
- keeps supervisors informed of problems or unusual matters and takes corrective actions
- bids farewell to guests ensuring satisfaction and invites them to return
- prepares for shifts by stocking supplies such as menus, silverware, power cards, and gift cards
- maintains cleanliness and organization of front desk and host station
- conducts merchandise inventory during and after shifts
- fosters a cooperative working environment with team members
- notifies manager of any unhappy guests
- assists other team members as needed
- manages table turn timing, bussing and cleaning tables
- rotates seating appropriately to ensure fairness
- manages guest flow and waits times effectively
- delivers silverware as guests are seated
- processes transactions accurately and reconciles money
- completes to-go order transactions
- sells merchandise from front desk
- maintains professional appearance and effective communication
- handles dissatisfied guests calmly and alerts manager if necessary
