Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- customer service experience preferred
- proficiency with computer systems or administrative software such as Zenoti is advantageous
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- ability to stand for extended periods
- physical ability to perform light cleaning tasks
- willingness to comply with studio policies and maintain a cooperative team attitude
Job Qualifications
- Excellent oral communication skills
- professionalism and exceptional interpersonal skills
- passion for the yoga lifestyle is strongly preferred but not required
- ability to engage in physical activity for 1.5 to 3 hours at a time
- ability to lift 15 lbs and reach overhead
Job Duties
- Provide superior customer service via admin support
- Effectively use Zenoti for class check-in, retail purchases, and student account support
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to student needs and concerns, and connecting students with the appropriate studio staff who can resolve their issue
- Comply with expectations for substitution, no-show policy and other guidelines as outlined by the Employee Handbook and studio management
- Maintain and support a positive working relationship with peers, instructors and managers by offering and accepting feedback
- Must be respectful of, and at all times compliant with, CPY rules, policies and procedures and management direction as stated in the Employee Handbook
- Follow cleaning guidelines to create a positive working environment
