Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • customer service experience preferred
  • proficiency with computer systems or administrative software such as Zenoti is advantageous
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • physical ability to perform light cleaning tasks
  • willingness to comply with studio policies and maintain a cooperative team attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • professionalism and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • passion for the yoga lifestyle is strongly preferred but not required
  • ability to engage in physical activity for 1.5 to 3 hours at a time
  • ability to lift 15 lbs and reach overhead

Job Duties

  • Provide superior customer service via admin support
  • Effectively use Zenoti for class check-in, retail purchases, and student account support
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to student needs and concerns, and connecting students with the appropriate studio staff who can resolve their issue
  • Comply with expectations for substitution, no-show policy and other guidelines as outlined by the Employee Handbook and studio management
  • Maintain and support a positive working relationship with peers, instructors and managers by offering and accepting feedback
  • Must be respectful of, and at all times compliant with, CPY rules, policies and procedures and management direction as stated in the Employee Handbook
  • Follow cleaning guidelines to create a positive working environment
