Job Duties
- Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Manage multiple incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule and handle client appointments efficiently
- Input and maintain accurate client data
- Handle front of house ordering and supplies management
- Prepare and change over massage rooms between clients
- Perform laundry duties and keep workspace tidy
- Assist manager and owner with small projects as needed
