Job Requirements

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to operate front desk computer systems
- Flexibility to work shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proven customer service orientation
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
- Basic computer proficiency
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide guidance and leadership to Guest Service associates
- Ensure consistent quality customer service is delivered
- Greet guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome
- Listen to and understand guest requests
- Complete the registration process accurately by inputting and retrieving information
- Confirm guest details including number of guests and room rate
- Promote Crescent and brand specific marketing programs
- Select rooms according to guest needs
- Code electronic keys and distribute welcome folders
- Close out guest accounts during checkout
- Negotiate compromises in cases of guest dissatisfaction
- Stand and move continuously throughout the front office area
