Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous front desk and customer service experience
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of accounting and cash handling
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Previous front desk and customer service experience
- Strong customer relation skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly in English verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of computer keyboard and printer operation
- Basic accounting and cashier experience
- Ability to supervise front desk staff

- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Knowledge of hotel facilities and features
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
Job Duties
- Greet guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests efficiently and pleasantly
- Set up accurate guest accounts according to preferences
- Accommodate room changes expediently
- Maintain high knowledge of hotel services, rates, amenities, and local attractions
- Train and develop front desk agents
- Resolve guest issues and respond to special requests
- Settle guest accounts and handle payments following accounting procedures
- Ensure proper key control and security measures
- Participate in safety and security training
- Work cooperatively with other hotel staff
- Communicate guest information to relevant departments
- Handle lost and found items
- Report maintenance and safety issues
- Perform other duties as assigned
