Job Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferably in resort or hotel settings
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities highly preferred
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and guest relations best practices
- Exceptional communication skills including phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working in hospitality or resort environments advantageous

Job Duties
- Supervise daily front desk activities including check-in and check-out procedures and guest inquiries
- Lead and motivate front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services and maintain high standards of hospitality
- Manage multi-line phone systems handle reservations cancellations and guest requests with professionalism and courtesy
- Oversee night audit operations ensuring accurate financial reporting and reconciliation
- Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and effectively
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies procedures and safety protocols
- Assist in training new team members on front desk operations phone etiquette and customer service standards
- Collaborate with housekeeping maintenance and management teams to ensure smooth hotel operations
- Maintain a welcoming environment that promotes guest loyalty and positive reviews
