Job Requirements

  • Previous front desk and customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Hilton OnQ system a plus
  • Ability to desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly in English

  • Professional appearance
  • Knowledge of computer operation

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Register guests efficiently and accommodate their preferences
  • Train and develop front desk agents' knowledge and skills
  • Resolve guest issues and respond to special requests with empathy
  • Settle guest accounts upon check-out and handle payment processing
  • Maintain proper key control and follow security protocols
  • Communicate pertinent guest information to relevant departments
