Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Cash handling experience
- Schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in English speaking, reading and writing
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift, pull, and push minimum of 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must have a sense of humor
- Must be self-confident

Job Duties
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and philosophy of Meyer Jabara Hotels and the Renaissance brand
- Assist associates and guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information for associates, guests and visitor inquiries
- Coordinate guest requests for special service arrangements
- Follow Marriott operational policies including cash and credit card handling, safety, and security
- Assist and respond to associates and guests in a friendly and positive manner
- Work with sales team to ensure needs of negotiated accounts and groups are met
