Job Requirements

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of related experience
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • capability to lift up to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates ensuring compliance with brand and company standards
  • resolve guest complaints and concerns through thorough research and effective solutions
  • monitor and improve guest satisfaction scores for the department
  • engage with guests directly by participating in lobby ambassador activities to build relationships
  • oversee front office operations during absence of senior management
  • perform bookkeeping duties including balancing accounts and conducting audits
  • manage room reservations and confirmations
  • promote company marketing and hospitality programs
  • greet guests promptly and assign rooms efficiently
  • provide welcome folders with relevant guest materials
  • handle billing processes, cash transactions, and account closures
  • negotiate compromises for guest dissatisfaction including authorizing revenue allowances
  • develop actionable plans to address guest service deficiencies
  • ensure cleanliness and maintenance of hotel entrance, reception, and public areas
  • adhere to sustainability guidelines under HHM's EarthView program
  • follow safety protocols including MSDS and OSHA standards
  • perform additional management requested duties
