Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality
  • strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • cash handling experience
  • proactive leadership and team management skills
  • knowledge of property management systems (PMS) is preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • additional education in hospitality is a plus
  • minimum of one year of experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality
  • strong communication skills and fluency in English verbal and written
  • high energy, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service
  • proven ability to handle cash transactions accurately and securely
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily front office operations to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence
  • communicate clearly and effectively with team members both verbally and in writing
  • assign tasks to guest service agents and provide detailed instructions as needed
  • observe and coach front desk and bell staff encouraging continuous improvement
  • greet guests warmly and manage the check-in/check-out process efficiently
  • handle payments including credit card authorizations, cash transactions, and posting charges
  • ensure accurate input of guest information and retrieval of messages using the property management system (PMS)
  • proactively anticipate guest needs and address requests to enhance their experience
  • manage VIP arrivals, ensuring special accommodations and requests are met
  • troubleshoot and resolve issues with property management systems or other tools
  • monitor the cleanliness and presentation of the front desk area
  • act as Manager on Duty (MOD) in the absence of senior management addressing guest concerns and operational needs
  • ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety protocols, and emergency procedures
