Job Duties
- Coordinate the Front Office's daily operations by assisting guests with check-in and check-out
- Provide support to staff with any questions or guest situations
- Responsible for training and direction of new department team members
- Supervise and ensure proper registration and check-out sequences of events
- Maintain a daily log of all guests' opportunities with corrective action steps
- Follow up on unresolved situations and communicate with other managers or supervisors
- Follow-up on credit opportunities during each shift
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
