Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Coordinate the Front Office's daily operations by assisting guests with check-in and check-out
  • Provide support to staff with any questions or guest situations
  • Responsible for training and direction of new department team members
  • Supervise and ensure proper registration and check-out sequences of events
  • Maintain a daily log of all guests' opportunities with corrective action steps
  • Follow up on unresolved situations and communicate with other managers or supervisors
  • Follow-up on credit opportunities during each shift
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
