Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of progressive hotel or related field experience
- valid driver's license
- flexible and long hours sometimes required
- ability to stand for entire shift
- ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently
- warm and friendly demeanor
- effective communication skills
- attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner
- ability to listen, understand and clarify concerns
- ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions
- attendance compliance with scheduling needs
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- comply with hotel standards and regulations

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- college coursework in a related field is helpful
- previous supervisory responsibility preferred
- valid driver's license for the applicable state
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- strong problem-solving abilities
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- leadership and team management skills
Job Duties
- assist the Guest Services Manager in guest service operations
- provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests
- maximize room revenue and occupancy
- supervise front desk staff and train new employees
- handle guest complaints professionally and effectively
- coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs
- ensure compliance with hotel standards and policies
