Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of relevant front desk experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • experience with hotel management software
  • ability to speak, read, and write fluently in Spanish and English
  • strong organizational skills
  • capability to work multiple shifts including nights
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to handle stressful situations
  • attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • experience with Innfinity preferred
  • experience with hotel management programs required
  • at least 2 years of front desk experience in hotel or remote camp environment
  • detail-oriented
  • professional and friendly demeanor
  • ability to work independently and in a team
  • fluent in Spanish and English including reading, writing, and speaking
  • excellent organizational and time management skills
  • skilled problem solver

Job Duties

  • Coordinate with the Lodge Manager to execute front desk assignments
  • provide supervisory support to the front desk team
  • become expert in Innfinity property management system and train team members
  • process reservations and handle additional bookings
  • promptly handle phone and in-person guest inquiries
  • provide exceptional customer service and develop procedures to ensure high service standards
  • support and lead the team regarding computers and people
