  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience in a hotel or other customer relations position
  • type a minimum of 35 wpm
  • ability to communicate in English
  • ability to handle cash and credit transactions
  • ability to enforce all company rules and SOPs
  • supervisory skills

Job Qualifications

  • typing speed of minimum 35 wpm
  • IBM data entry experience desirable
  • ability to achieve positive guest relations and maximize guest satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally
  • supervise desk clerks and workloads during shifts
  • complete shift checklists as specified
  • run accurate room status reports and communicate information
  • update and maintain daily group information
  • monitor and prepare group requirements
  • print cashiers report and verify balances
  • verify all banks and deposits
  • monitor key control to maintain hotel security
  • respond to guest questions regarding hotel layout and operations
