Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of hotel experience as a front desk agent
  • organized and detail-oriented with the ability to be flexible
  • ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner
  • good problem-solving skills
  • strong computer skills
  • Opera PMS experience preferred
  • Marriott MGS plus Bonvoy experience preferred

Job Duties

  • perform or delegate various tasks essential to daily front desk operations
  • respond promptly and thoughtfully to guest requests or complaints and take appropriate action and follow up
  • contact appropriate departments for resolution and follow up when guest report an issue
  • assist with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest
