Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous supervisory or front desk experience preferred
  • Strong phone etiquette and receptionist skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Strong clerical and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
  • Must be available to work some evenings and weekends
  • Flexible schedule based on operational needs

Job Duties

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and proper phone etiquette
  • Greet members and guests warmly and assist them throughout their visit
  • Register guests and respond to member inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and assist with administrative tasks
  • Perform daily Front Desk duties and complete checklist tasks
  • Ensure all systems and procedures are followed for smooth daily operations
  • Assist with ordering and maintaining inventory
  • Maintain and update the Front Desk Training Manual weekly
  • Assist the Membership Department when needed
  • Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned
  • Responsible for staffing the Front Desk and ensuring proper schedule coverage at all times
  • Create and manage monthly staff schedules
  • Monitor staffing levels and adjust schedules as needed to support business demands
  • Assist with staff hiring and onboarding
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing development
  • Supervise and lead Front Desk team members
  • Communicate daily updates regarding operations, policies, and procedures
  • Keep staff informed and trained on CA software and VFP systems
  • Represent Stone Creek Club & Spa at outside outreach events
  • Promote club services and uphold the Stone Creek brand standards
