Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of receptionist or supervisory experience
  • demonstrated experience working with seniors
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • flexible availability to ensure adequate coverage
  • must have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to develop a network of providers and services
  • warm, engaging and patient manner

Job Duties

  • manage a wide range of hospitality and convenience services to residents, residents’ families, and caregivers
  • supervise and schedule concierge staff
  • actively participate with the community’s management team in developing plans for hospitality services
  • have an active role in community functions by assisting in the planning, set up and delivery of service to residents
