Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of receptionist or supervisory experience
- demonstrated experience working with seniors
- proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- flexible availability to ensure adequate coverage
- must have excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to develop a network of providers and services
- warm, engaging and patient manner

Job Duties
- manage a wide range of hospitality and convenience services to residents, residents’ families, and caregivers
- supervise and schedule concierge staff
- actively participate with the community’s management team in developing plans for hospitality services
- have an active role in community functions by assisting in the planning, set up and delivery of service to residents
