Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year of hotel front desk experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Excellent organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional service to every guest, every time
  • Oversee check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and warmth
  • Manage reservations, special requests, and room blocks
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the property, amenities, and selling strategies
  • Support yield management efforts alongside the AGM and GM
  • Ensure the lobby and front desk area reflect the AC aesthetic
  • Uphold safety, security, and emergency procedures
