Job Requirements
- Hotel front desk experience required
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Experience with hotel PMS systems preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Supervise and support front desk staff
- Create and manage weekly staff schedules
- Ensure staff are properly trained and following hotel SOPs
- Handle escalated guest issues and provide professional resolution
- Respond to guest reviews and monitor guest feedback
- Send guest welcome letters and post-stay thank you emails
- Perform reconciliation including daily reports, OTA commissions, and third-party reservations
- Manage group blocks, rooming lists, and group reservations
- Be available to staff via phone or text for operational support
- Cover shifts when needed
- Act as Manager on Duty when needed
