Job Requirements
- Must have minimum 2 years front desk experience in hotel or camp environment
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- experience with hotel management software, Innfinity preferred
- ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish and English
- strong organizational and time management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- must be detail-oriented
- must work independently and collaboratively
- able to handle fast-paced and stressful conditions
- capability to sit or stand for long periods
- able to endure moderate to extreme environmental temperatures during shifts
Job Qualifications
- Experience working front desk in hotel or remote camp environment for at least 2 years
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- experience with Innfinity or other hotel management programs
- bilingual in Spanish and English including reading, writing, and speaking
- excellent organizational skills

Job Duties
- Coordinate with Lodge Manager to execute front desk assignments
- provide supervisory support to front desk team
- become expert in Innfinity property management system and train team members
- perform data entry and process development for reservations and office communication
- handle and oversee reservation bookings internal and external
- respond promptly to phone and in-person inquiries professionally
- provide exceptional customer service and develop high service standards
- support and lead the team with technology and interpersonal skills
- meet tight deadlines for guest and company inquiries
- work varied shifts on a 24-hour front desk
- adapt to fast-paced and stressful environments
- maintain physical ability to perform indoor tasks with varying temperatures and postures
