Job Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 to 3 years of related experience
- ability to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends
- capability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- willing to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching

Job Duties
- Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates
- resolve guest complaints and concerns by conducting thorough research and determining effective solutions
- be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing them
- participate in lobby ambassador activities to interact with guests
- oversee front office operations in absence of management
- perform bookkeeping activities such as balancing accounts and conducting audits
- make and confirm reservations
- promote company and brand-specific marketing programs
- greet guests immediately upon arrival
- register and assign guests to hotel rooms
- provide welcome folders with room keys and relevant materials
- compute bills, collect payments, handle cash, and make change
- close out guest accounts, negotiate compromises if dissatisfied
- create specific action plans to remedy guest service deficiencies
- ensure cleanliness and appearance of public areas
- follow sustainability guidelines of EarthView program
- practice safe work habits adhering to MSDS and OSHA standards
- perform other duties as requested by management
