Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum of one-year Front Desk experience
- Two or more years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Duties
- Understand guest and employee needs and handle all situations calmly and professionally
- Partner with other departments to meet guest expectations and special requests (reservations, bell desk, housekeeping, information desk, concierge)
- Supervise, evaluate, coach, counsel and provide situational retraining of Front Desk staff
- Evaluate same day selling strategies
- Maintain and manage daily inventory
- Execute all shift reports
- Maximize revenue by promoting suite upgrades and maintaining rate integrity
- Maintain a ticket bank and keep proper inventory of all tickets and logs
- Assist with the check-in line as needed
