Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Minimum of one-year Front Desk experience
  • Two or more years of customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Two or more years of customer service required
  • Able to effectively communicate with entire staff

Job Duties

  • Understand guest and employee needs and handle all situations calmly and professionally
  • Partner with other departments to meet guest expectations and special requests (reservations, bell desk, housekeeping, information desk, concierge)
  • Supervise, evaluate, coach, counsel and provide situational retraining of Front Desk staff
  • Evaluate same day selling strategies
  • Maintain and manage daily inventory
  • Execute all shift reports
  • Maximize revenue by promoting suite upgrades and maintaining rate integrity
  • Maintain a ticket bank and keep proper inventory of all tickets and logs
  • Assist with the check-in line as needed
