Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the front desk area for extended periods
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion

  • Experience in hospitality or front desk operations preferred
  • Ability to manage guest requests tactfully

Job Duties

  • Provide guidance and leadership to Guest Service associates
  • Ensure consistent quality customer service is delivered
  • Greet guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome
  • Complete the registration process accurately including handling guest information, room assignments, and key coding
  • Promote Crescent and brand-specific marketing programs
  • Close out guest accounts at check out and negotiate compromises if dissatisfaction arises
  • Stand and remain mobile throughout the front office area during shifts
