Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand and move throughout the front desk area for extended periods

Job Duties
- Provide guidance and leadership to Guest Service associates
- Ensure consistent quality customer service is delivered
- Greet guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome
- Complete the registration process accurately including handling guest information, room assignments, and key coding
- Promote Crescent and brand-specific marketing programs
- Close out guest accounts at check out and negotiate compromises if dissatisfaction arises
- Stand and remain mobile throughout the front office area during shifts
