Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

Job Qualifications

  • college coursework in hospitality or related field preferred
  • 2 to 3 years progressive hotel or related industry experience
  • prior supervisory experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • familiarity with certification requirements such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
  • handle reservations, VIP requests, and ensure excellent guest service
  • track logs, manage messages and packages, and maintain operational detail
  • stay informed on rates, packages, and promotions to optimize room revenue and guest satisfaction
  • build and lead a strong team, train new associates, and resolve guest concerns and workplace issues with creativity and professionalism
  • maintain safety and hospitality standards consistently
  • collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience
